An MBA qualified management professional, Grant has a thorough understanding of business strategy and alongside the chairman has led the growth in Educ8 from £500K to over £8m in 12 years. Core values and developing a positive culture and ethos are an essential part of his philosophy and has been the cornerstone of success for Educ8.
